 | Learning Labs (and Learning Camps)
Learning Labs provide project team members — both functional and technical — with hands-on training delivered by certified Lawson instructors. These classes introduce your team to Lawson and prepares them for the critical configuration and set-up decisions that will follow. For our M3 customers, this traditional classroom training also includes multi-day, industry-oriented Learning Camps that offer a comprehensive, high-level orientation on the entire solution to be implemented.

 | Virtual Learning Labs (vLabs)
An online equivalent to our Learning Labs, Virtual Learning Labs give you the same instructor-led experience – right at your desktop. Ideally suited for shorter sessions or more advanced topics, vLabs engage learners through live demonstrations, hands-on activities, instant polling, small group problem-solving activities, and other techniques that represent a live classroom experience.

 | Learning Accelerator
Learning Accelerator is the perfect end-user training solution. With Learning Accelerator, both new and less-experienced users learn to use Lawson in a simulated, risk-free setting. Here they can view demonstrations, try completing realistic tasks, reference step-by-step user guides, and validate their new skills. One input with Learning Accelerator produces multiple outputs making this an extremely cost-effective and timesaving solution for Lawson—and any other software.

 | Online Learning
Lawson Learning provides a variety of online learning collections that provides flexible alternatives to conventional classroom training. From self-paced training delivered over the web to live training delivered at the desktop, Lawson Learning offers training anytime, anywhere – allowing employees to participate at times and locations that fit into their personal and work schedules. Our online courses can be purchased on a pay-per-use basis or on a subscription basis giving your organization access to all of our online courses for a single, low price.

Additional Services
In addition to these learning options, Lawson Learning provides the following services.
- Training Servers
Customers can conduct their onsite training by using a Lawson training server. With this service, customers can run training on applications and data that are hosted on a remote server. This protects business processes from interruptions and risk.
- Learning Center Rental
Customers organizing a private course with Lawson instructors, but lacking a suitable facility, have the perfect solution in renting a Lawson regional training center.
- Customization
Lawson Learning helps customers tailor their learning solutions and programs to the unique needs of their organization. Based on a brief needs analysis, existing courses can be modified to focus on key applications and processes.
- User Groups/Events
Lawson customers have access to regional User Groups where important, up-to-date information from Lawson is distributed. Lawson Learning hosts classes in cooperation with User Groups. These provide an important forum for sharing and for learning from the experience of others.
